History

For more than 70 years, Barkman has been a family run business focused on making the best precast concrete products possible. In 1948, Arnold, Edwin and Peter Barkman opened a Hardware and plumbing shop in Steinbach Manitoba, which grew into what Barkman is today. Barkman has been committed to the same family values we had in the beginning. These values consist of integrity, quality, loyalty and innovation in everything that we do.
