Barkman strives to achieve the highest quality in all the products that we manufacture. Should a Barkman product that you purchase experience damage due to a manufacturing defect within the product warranty period, we will replace or repair at our option without charge any defective product installed and maintained to our guidelines under normal use.
Some exceptions to our warranty are.
- Colour matching cannot be guaranteed
- Installation labour and shipping charges
- Splitting, chipping, cracking or other damage that may be caused by impact, abrasion, overloading or improper installation
- Products that are not manufactured by Barkman
- Efflorescence, a whiteish residue that naturally occurs on concrete products. Learn More Here
