Safety on the job is of utmost importance to us at Barkman. We strive to maintain a safe work environment by supplying training, putting precautions in place and continuously improving our systems, making sure our team members get home safely at the end of each workday.

Continuous Improvement/LEAN

At Barkman, we have the mission to never let ourselves be satisfied with the status quo. Rather, we continuously challenge ourselves to get better through becoming more efficient, producing less waste or rethinking how we do things. We use the concepts of LEAN as a tool to help us with continuous improvements.

Company Events

We have an annual summer picnic, Christmas banquet, golf tournament, fishing derby, and BBQs throughout summer. We look forward to offering events that bring our Barkman family together with activities that help everyone enjoy great food, relax and have fun.
